Rooted in Tradition
Farming is in our DNA.
We tend the soil, respected the animals, and share the harvest.
At Valens Brook Farm, that tradition guides everything we grow. Our garlic are cultivated with care on Denman Island—grown in with quality in mind, handled gently, and sold properly cured. We focus on quality and sustainability rather than volume, offering non-certified organic varieties that reflect the best for the region.
Visit the farm or shop our selection to see what we have to offer and be assured that all products were treated with respect for the soil, the animals, and the community that harvests it.
